This hotel is so nice and clean.. The hotel is not too busy with people but enough to have to experience of town. Nearby Komtar, funny tailor, giant supermarket & many more. A bit far from gurney plaza & gurney paragon and other extravaganza mall.. Also a bit far escape or Batu Feringghi.. Very worth the money and absolutely will book again via Trip.com.. we all having fun there..

Last weekend, my family and I went on vacation to Penang and stayed at the neo+ Penang hotel. The hotel condition is satisfactory. The room is large and spacious. The room is also comfortable. My family is very happy and excited because of the good service of the hotel staff. The condition of the pool a spacious swimming pool suitable for children and adults to bathe. Breakfast is served with a buffet concept and all the dishes are very tasty and appetizing. There are many facilities in this hotel including multi-storey car parking, gymnasium, internet access, laundry and convenience store. I highly recommend this hotel to those who want to vacation in Penang. In addition to the cheap price, this hotel is comfortable for vacationing with the family. i choose this hotel because its only takes 3 minutes walking to Deen nasi kandar..also it is new hotel..everything in good condition with very nice smell..under rm200 you can get very nice room and nice view..thumbs up....will come again...

#georgetowntrip The room smells good , comfortable bed and good value! very fast to check in. AC worked very well. Thanks to anisah very helpful and friendly also cute person. Everything was perfect and we had everything we needed in the room : refrigerator,kettle,slippers,laundry bag,hair dryer,shower cap,cotton buds, etc. Will come back for sure!!! Also for the breakfast the food was really good !! RM30.00 for 1 person.overall ok for me

I’m very disappointed with the hotel service , as I check in I book the non smoking room but when I go to the room the smell of the cigarette is very strong and makes me coughing non stop , I told the receptionist they said they will sen housekeeping to spray the room only but then it still smell of cigarette, then they I asked so many time if possible to change room , the receptionist said cannot unless we want to pay extra fee , but then at 4pm I ask again then they agree to change my room . the experience that I got in this hotel is so bad

near deen maju nasi kandar,3 minutes walk from hotel lobby,nasi kandar hunters this is the hotel for us to stay..infront of it also have sup hameed that is great to have for dinner..this hotel also near to komtar and other places to visit and take some memorable photos...penang is a must place for food hunter and those who love to take photo because of all those nice view everywhere..come to penang guys

process was smooth. The room is clean and neat. The receiptionist is quite welcoming and very helpful when I asked for iron immediately they send to our room. The location is excellent as it is not to crowd and not too quiet. Can walk around and reach to Top Komtar just by walking. It is situated in the centre of Georgetown, very convenient as it is surrounded by coffee shops, cafes and shopping malls. I stay in the 21st floor and the view is spectacular. The top of the hotel where the pool is had a 240 degree view of the island. #couplestrip #staycation

Just need to improve fews things- during check in process that I face - the receptionist(Chinese young lady) was not so friendly n not flexible, upon check in, I told that lady, I got two separate booking, I would like to proceed the registration and payment, room key request until I check out , so that I no need to approach counter again, but I been told that unable to do so, as the system not allow, so tomorrow morning I need to approach counter again to redo my key card and pay again the local tax, I feel that it so inconvenience for guest that need to approach counter again the next day for extend stay. The TV signal was not so good ~ the wall and ceiling need to touch up as can see the painting peeling off. if maintenance well , there will be a best hotel in town area, this is the 1st impression that this hotel given to me & not a pleasant experience upon check in.. overalls is good

family room besar..berbaloi..bole try sape yg 1st time dtg sini..bilik semua ok…tapi tuala mandi aje ade bau pelik…xtau knp pakai bauan pelik cmnie…hahahaha..kedai makan semua walking distance.. tempat makan menarik macam biasa la kalau kt penang is mamak…nasi kandar…pasembur…mee goreng hameed pata,n much more la sbnrnye..
