Besides appreciating the architecture of the Osaka City Central Public Hall, you can also learn about its historical story. Completed in 1918, this hall adopts the Neo-Renaissance style and incorporates many stained glass elements. The red brick exterior exudes a romantic atmosphere, and the details are abundant everywhere, including the stairs. The basement has an exhibition room displaying many artifacts related to the hall's history. The construction of the hall was funded by a donation from Einosuke Iwamoto, who was very enthusiastic about public welfare. The donation came from his business profits and inherited wealth.
