- **Farewell My Concubine**: Made with turtle and chicken as raw materials, it is a traditional famous dish in Xuzhou area and is also very popular in Suqian. This dish is not only delicious, but also has certain nourishing effects. It is a delicacy suitable for all ages
- **Xinyuan mutton**: There are many rivers and lakes in Xinyuan, and the water and grass resources are rich, which is suitable for raising goats. The goat meat here is of high quality and delicious, suitable for all seasons. You can taste mutton dishes from various parts such as mutton head, mutton strips, mutton brain, mutton eyes, mutton blood, mutton ribs, mutton, mutton liver, mutton tripe, etc., with various cooking methods, and there are more than 30 dishes in total.
- **Siyang Fatty Chicken**: It is one of the special snacks in Suqian, Jiangsu Province, and is selected into the list of 100 local standard dishes in Jiangsu Province. Fatty chicken is also called crispy chicken. It is made by mixing fat fat meat paste and cooked yam paste with seasonings as the surface layer, and mixing lean pork paste, egg yolk and other seasonings as the bottom layer. - **Suqian Rolled Noodles**: The food memory of Suqian people is quite popular among local residents. The dough of rolled noodles is made by mixing the noodles into a paste, steaming them in a special iron cage, and then cutting them into strips slightly wider than the cold noodles after steaming.
