The breakfast was diverse, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities, which were Australian products, were excellent. Most importantly, the staff were friendly and kind, which was really nice. The pool was well-maintained, and it was convenient to have towels and lemon tea available everywhere. There were plenty of sunbeds, making it easy to relax quietly anywhere you wanted. The sand on Batu Ferringhi Beach is fine, making it great for playing in the sand. However, I heard there are many jellyfish in the water. When we entered the room and opened the door, we didn't want to go out anymore. The hotel is very suitable for families because there is a large swimming pool and a children's pool, a little paradise for the kids. My stay at this hotel was fantastic! At The hotel lobby they play relaxing music which made me feel very relaxed. The facelites there are amazing. Their kids club is very exciting , they have video games , activities , indoor playground, toys and many more. The swimming pool there is so fun not only for kids but also adults . The slide there is absolutely so much fun . They even had spa where you can pamper yourself with a host of rejuvenate spa treatments at the St. Gregory. Apart from that they even send a few cupcakes to our room because it was lovely daughter bday trip. It was very Convenient to find food because they the had a restaurant name the ship which is inside a real ship and Starbucks .
