Sunny Days in Provence
Mid-June to early July is absolutely the best time to visit Valensole to admire the lavender fields. Last time, I stayed for a week and felt it was too short, so this time I decided to stay for nine days near the lavender fields. Every day, I breathe in the fragrant lavender-scented air, wash with pure water, and experience the incredibly warm hospitality of the people in Valensole. Everywhere I look is a beautiful scene, and no matter how many days I stay, it always feels like time flies by too quickly—never enough. You have to come here yourself to truly understand how deeply you can sleep, surrounded by happiness and tranquility.

Let’s bump into the South of France this summer
Until I ran into 🌻Van Gogh’s sunflower field in Arles...
Gel glass sea ➕ lavender sea ➕ Cote d’Azur ➕ street theater performances, traveling in the South of France is niche and inexpensive, promise me! ‼ ️
·
🚩Cote d’Azur Critical Hit
🎬Cannes Film Palace: Free photos on the red carpet steps! Holding the "Golden Palm replica sculpture" and turning 45 degrees, pretending to be captured by the photographer
👑Monaco Palace: 11:55 squatting guard change, blue, white and red uniforms with medieval city walls, posting Instagram location will be asked "Are you going to get married?"
🌴Nice Angel Bay: Be sure to rent a blue and white striped lounge chair! At 4 pm, the sea water turns Tiffany blue, and the silhouette shot against the light is glowing
·
🚩Van Gogh concentration exceeded the standard day
🌻Arles Sanatorium: Restore the scene of "Sunflowers"! Wear a yellow skirt and stand in the atrium, use a wide-angle shot to create a sense of imprisonment in the frame
🏛️Avignon Broken Bridge: Rush at high tide at 6 pm! Broken bridge + sunset + Rhone River, use slow shutter to pull the water flow into golden silk
·
🚩Provence cheating experience
💜Valensole Flower Field (limited to June-August): A purple dimension that can only be obtained by drone aerial photography! Stealing lavender will be fined, but flower farmers often give away broken flowers
🛍️Sault Town Market: Lavender honey + Marseille soap must be bought, half the price of the scenic spot and you can bargain
·
🚩Paris Versailles Highlights Tour
✨Versailles Hall of Mirrors: The first batch of rushes in in the morning! When the sun shines through the crystal chandelier, the floor will crack into 2,700 pieces of broken gold
🛶Grand Trianon: Versailles hidden copy! Pink marble columns + English gardens, almost booked the whole place for Rococo style photo shoots
·
📸A great combination for taking photos
🔸Angel Bay x I LOVE NICE sculpture: lie on the ground and shoot upwards to let the letters frame the blue sea
🔸Van Gogh Cafe x Dusk: raise a glass of absinthe and focus on the reflection of the glass, blurring the yellow wall behind
🔸Lavender field x straw hat: throw the hat and shoot continuously, select the amazing photo with the brim of the hat hanging 45 degrees in the air

Driving a vintage car around Provence
#GetDiscountsWithoutLuck
This is a genuine French vintage car, Citroën, model 2CV, which has been discontinued. However, the original car is still running. Tourists can rent it to drive themselves or rent it with a driver to explore the countryside in Provence or the south of France. In spring like this, seeing flowers in full bloom gives a feeling like going back to the old days of France.
The fun thing is that this car is 40 years old and is known as a car that will never break down. It uses manual systems, from the gear, windshield wipers, handbrake, door locks, and opening and closing the windows. It is completely automatic. We rented it from Oh My Deuche with a driver who was very talkative and explained everything about the use of the car and the tourist attractions, from Plateau de Valensole, Gorges du Verdon, Forcalquier, Ventoux, to Aix-en-Provence.
