PASTEAKO is an Italian restaurant located in PMQ. The restaurant's decoration is mainly red, white and dark wood. The walls are covered with nostalgic photos, creating a retro atmosphere. It is very beautiful and suitable for checking in. ❤️🤍 When you enter the store, you need to choose your favorite steak knife from the 8 types of steak knives in the cabinet. It's very special. We came on a holiday afternoon, and the restaurant only offers one menu (HKD388), which includes salad, pasta and sauce of your choice, steak and dessert✨ We chose Truffle Pappardelle and Romesco Conchiglie🍝 for our choice of pasta and sauce. The former has a strong truffle aroma and the wide flat noodles are covered with sauce, but it will be a bit greasy at the end🙈 while the latter has a thick and smooth sauce, sweet and sour, and tastes good😋 (What’s very special is that the bell will ring every once in a while, indicating that the pasta can be refilled for free🤣👍🏻) We ordered one steak each, Striploin and Rib Eye. I recently saw a very educational exhibition on protecting the marine ecology of Hong Kong. When tasting each sake the staff will introduce the origin of each sake and how the climate affects the growth of rice, as well as a description of the taste. Sake is a very low alcohol concentration of rice wine, so we learned a lot of knowledge and Japanese culture while not getting together, especially this time with Japanese friends. In addition to sake we can order Western or Japanese snacks however it is not included in our wine tasting package. The sake here is naturally far more than the 10 we tried. You can have a few more drinks if you like it! So I highly recommend it to my friends who like sake and Japanese culture. Or open your eyes!
