Our itinerary, recommended by Qingquan Bay staff: First the water park, then the drift, and finally the hot springs When we arrived, the weather was overcast—perfect for outdoor fun. The water park uses mountain spring water, so it’s quite refreshing. Ease into it before diving into the fun. Features include a massive wave pool and slides of varying heights and thrill levels. If unsure, watch others first to gauge your courage. Qingquan Bay Drift runs from 2 PM to 4 PM—start with the Bamboo Forest Drift, then the Glass Drift. Having drifted at Gulong Gorge days earlier, we assumed Qingquan Bay’s would be milder. We were wrong—hence the "Speed" in Bamboo Forest Drift’s name. There are noticeable drops, and you’ll get airborne—hold tight to the handrails! The Aegean Hot Springs offer milk, mugwort, rose pools, and even fish therapy for your feet.
