No mineral water to be provided for kids, the reason given is kids have not registered at front office when check-in, then what is the purpose of putting the room's name as Superior Family Room? She might think this particular room is entitled for 2 adults. I believe almost 90% of the 3, 4 and 5 stars Hotels will definitely serve the mineral water upon request. Furthermore, no kids shoes will be provided. No bathrobes are available as per photo shown by trip.com After making complaints to customer service of trip.com name as Yannis, about unavailable of mineral water, then hotel manager had sent me 4 bottles of mineral waters, and offered me 2 pm checkout time. Avg. Price per Person - HKD500 per person Rating - it should be downgraded to 2 stars Hotels, most of 5 stars hotel will provide red wine and birthday cake for the guest who celebrating their birthdays or anniversary.
