📍Attraction Address: Sanqing Mountain Scenic Area, located in the northeast of Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province, is a famous Taoist mountain at the border of Yushan County and Dexing City. Renowned for its unique granite pillars and peaks, rich Taoist culture, and ever-changing climatic wonders, it is celebrated as the "Number One Immortal Peak Under Heaven, Peerless Blessed Land on Earth" and has been listed as a UNESCO Global Geopark.
🚗Transportation:
1. High-speed rail: Shangrao Station is the best option, being the nearest and most convenient high-speed rail station to Sanqing Mountain. From there, you can take the "Shangrao→Sanqing Mountain" bus at the East Bus Station next to the railway station, which takes about 2 hours and costs 40 RMB per person. Alternatively, you can hire a private car or take a taxi for approximately 180-220 RMB, reaching Jinsha Cableway in about 1.5 hours.
2. Bus: From Shangrao Daihu Road Bus Station, there is one daily bus to the southern part of Sanqing Mountain (Southern Cableway) and one to the eastern part (Eastern Cableway). For larger groups, hiring a private car directly to the scenic area costs around 100+ RMB.
3. Self-driving: From Hukun or Changde Expressway → Deshang Expressway → Sanqing Mountain West Exit → Southern or Eastern Cableway. Alternatively, from Hurui Expressway, exit at Yushan County, follow Yushan County People's Avenue → Yuzi Line → Sanqing Mountain Ring Road (clearly marked) to the eastern or southern part of the scenic area. From Wuyuan, take the Dewu Expressway to its current terminus (Sanqing Mountain Exit), turn left after exiting, and drive straight for about 1 km to the Jiangxi-Zhejiang provincial border. At the T-junction, turn right onto the Sanqing Mountain Tourist Ring Road to the eastern part of the scenic area.
4. Internal transportation: The scenic area has Jinsha Cableway and Waishuangxi Cableway for easy mountain access. Hiking is more strenuous, taking 2-3 hours longer than the cableway.

Medium Loop (4-5 hours): Starting from Jinsha Cableway, pass Giant Python Emerging from the Mountain, Penguin Offering Peach, Oriental Goddess, Azalea Valley, Jade Platform, One-Line Sky, Rishang Villa, Fairy Drying Shoes, Yuhuang Peak, and Fox Pecking Chicken before returning to Jinsha Cableway. This diverse route deeply showcases Sanqing Mountain's charm and is highly recommended.
3. Large Loop (5-6 hours): Starting from Jinsha Cableway, visit Giant Python Emerging from the Mountain, Penguin Offering Peach, Oriental Goddess, Azalea Valley, Jade Platform, One-Line Sky, Rishang Villa, then proceed to West Coast Plank Walk, Yuesong Forest, Sunshine Coast High-Altitude Plank Walk, Yuhuang Peak, and Fox Pecking Chicken before returning to Jinsha Cableway.
