The hotel is located in Karasuma, Kyoto, close to Gojo subway station, with convenient transportation. However, there is only an elevator at Exit 6 of Gojo subway station, so be careful when carrying large luggage. The hotel staff will assist with check-in, and luggage can be stored for free before check-in or after check-out. The double room is spacious and the design is quite satisfactory. There is a public pool for hot springs, and one alcoholic drink or juice is given per room when checking in. Due to its convenient transportation and many restaurants around, the room rate in Kyoto city in early June during the off-season is cheap. Check-in time is 17:00 and check-out time is 14:00. Check-out is at 2pm so you can take your time. Also, the breakfast buffet is all-you-can-eat until check-out! I had their signature sandwich. It was very popular and there were quite a lot of people at the front desk, but check-in was quick and I was able to enter my room smoothly. I highly recommend this hotel in the heart of Kyoto.
