📍Sugashima I've been to Toba many times. I found this remote island when we were talking about going to Toba Aquarium. It's an island located at the mouth of Ise Bay. I bought a ticket from the boat dock on the day and went there❕ The price is 510 yen for adults one way. The boat ride takes about 15 minutes. Digital detox while enjoying the pleasant sea breeze (2nd floor recommended). When I arrived, I was surprised to see that time flows slowly on the island. There weren't many tourists, so I was able to stroll around quietly (•ˇ-ˇ•｡) I was surprised at how beautiful the sea was~~ It was a good workout surrounded by nature! I've been to Toba quite a few times, and I thought, "Where should I go since I've never been before?" I found out there was an island, so I took a ferry to Sugashima! I wondered if there was a cafe or something? When I got there, I found a really tranquil island where old people were looking out at the sea and talking all the time! 🤭 But the mountains and sea were really green and it was warm and really comfortable! I went to Sugashima Lighthouse and the shrine, then went down to the beach and spent a relaxing time!
