A fantastic brunch at The Cove, nestled right at the edge of Port Dickson’s waterfront, is more than a meal—it’s a mood.
As I approached the two-storey café, a gentle sea breeze greeted me like an old friend, brushing past as I stepped toward its glass-fronted entrance. From upstairs, the view opens wide—where sky kisses sea, and time seems to slow just enough to savor every second.
I went for the Double Black & White Coffee Set—only RM28, yet full-bodied and comforting, the kind of coffee you sip slowly while watching waves roll in. Then came a delightful trio: pineapple fried rice, zesty and vibrant; a perfectly seared salmon steak with crispy skin; and a rich, indulgent Benedict bacon burger that brought hearty satisfaction with every bite.
But it wasn’t just the flavors that made it memorable. The thoughtful plating and clean, modern setup elevated the entire experience. Each dish was a visual treat—Instagram-worthy, yes, but also genuinely appetizing, a balance that not every café gets right.
Brunch at The Cove isn’t just about food—it’s the blend of ocean air, artful ambience, and thoughtfully prepared cuisine that turns a simple meal into a coastal escape.
