Miyakojima in September 𓂃 ✍︎______________________________________📍 the rescape I stayed at the rescape for two nights this year after staying there for two nights in October last year🙏 Compared to other pool villas in Miyakojima, this hotel is still reasonably priced, and even with the weak yen, there have been no surprising price hikes, so it's very reasonable✨And it has a different atmosphere from Irabujima, which is surprisingly relaxing♪ *FacilitiesIt was nice to feel new innovations from last year! It's still fun to be able to customize your own bath salts at the bath salt corner, and I was impressed by the hospitality of the staff who were there even after the time had passed during the marshmallow night, and the free morning yoga experience is great because you can do it on the open terrace surrounded by nature in a calm atmosphere! The shared pool is still private and surrounded by nature, which is great☆☆ *RoomsLast year, I changed rooms one day at a time, but this year I stayed the same for two nights♡The natural, spacious design made it very relaxing! The bed is just the right firmness so you can sleep soundly The water pressure in the shower is also great♪ *Breakfast is included and changes between Western and Japanese each day! The menu was almost the same as last year, but I was impressed that they made it possible to take out food for free! We love the outdoors so we spent two days at Rescape's private beach♡ They lend out picnic equipment such as picnic sheets and chairs for free, and there are no people or littering around, so you can really feel private! 15 minutes by car from Miyako Airport. Is there really a place to stay this far ahead? We turn at the entrance and go further in... Going down the mountain, we arrive at Rescape, where villas are lined up. We check in at the reception building in the center while enjoying butterfly pea tea. This building has a restaurant and a shop, and we were able to make bath salts and roast marshmallows at night. We can also experience yoga here in the morning, and sleeping on a mat outdoors is a very pleasant experience that makes you feel one with nature! It was winter, so we woke up as the sun gradually rose. The breakfast is Japanese and Western on alternate days, so you can enjoy both with two nights. Both breakfast and dinner are made with delicious local ingredients and were pleasing to the eye and stomach. The local Miyakojima beer was delicious 🍺 We stayed in a comfort cottage, which was spacious enough for two people. Even in winter, the temperature is warm enough that you can wear just a thin long-sleeved shirt, so there were ants and other small insects at the entrance to the room and near the windows. Some people may not like them, but it doesn't feel dangerous. There is a pool, and although it's not freezing like water, the temperature is not warm enough to swim in in January. There is a beach within walking distance of the building, but there is a lot of driftwood from overseas, and in this condition it seems like it would be impossible to swim in even in summer. It might be better to enjoy the pool in summer and then go to another part of the island for the beach! The Rescape is a villa-style hotel located in the middle of untouched nature, where you can enjoy a meal in a restaurant with a view of the sea. For dinner, we had a French course meal using ingredients from Miyakojima, and the vegetables, fish, and meat all had gentle flavors and were delicious. The portions were just right. We also had shabu-shabu made with Agu pork, wagyu beef, fresh seafood, and local vegetables in the in-room dining area, which was also very satisfying! And the breakfast was delicious! I stayed at the Rescape, a villa-style hotel on the east coast of Miyakojima! There are 41 rooms in 9 types ranging from 40 to 112 square meters, mainly villa-type buildings. This time I stayed in a suite villa. The room was clean and spacious, so I could relax. There was a private pool, which was heated so I was happy to be able to play even in the off-season. The beach was also close by. There was a space in the lobby where you could make your own bath salts, and at night you could roast marshmallows over a bonfire♪ It was quiet because it was in the middle of untouched nature, and on clear days you could see a beautiful starry sky. There are only 38 rooms, so you can relax and enjoy the quiet. It was a busy season during the Obon holidays, so I was tired of people everywhere, but I was able to relax here. The rooms were very stylish wherever I went. They were well cleaned and sparkling clean. There was Kumaza Beach behind the hotel, and there were hardly any people there, so it felt like a private beach. Every dish at breakfast was delicious, and the taste was great and healthy. The villa was surrounded by forest, so I was able to see many creatures such as coconut crabs, newts, spiders, crabs, and eels. The villa is built between the mountains and the sea, and you can feel the gentle nature of Miyako, which is very relaxing. This is the view I was looking for. We changed rooms every night and enjoyed our stay at the hotel! *Rooms The room type we are introducing this time is [comfort villa] 66-70 square meters, a 2-bedroom room with a large pool terrace and a wonderful stone wall design. The stone wall gives it a European resort feel, and I love the atmosphere that makes it feel like an overseas destination!
