Location: Perfectly situated, away from the noise but still close to food spots Services: Friendly staff, great greetings, and excellent care Room: Deluxe, clean, new, with a sofa. The best part is the bed and pillow set, which are amazing. The bed is soft yet firm, not saggy, and doesn't cause back pain. The pillows are synthetic goose down, and the hotel sells them too. Facilities: Used the swimming pool, which is saltwater, clean, and just the right size. There's also a children's play area. Rate: 1,500 - 2,000 Didn't try the food because I'm eating vegetarian this year 😊

📍W3 Hotel, Hat Yai Hat Yai, the famously known food of paradise city. If you ever wish to overnight in Hat Yai, I would definitely and highly recommend this W3 hotel which located just few kilometres away from their city, which make the hotel a great place to stay in! Upon arrival, their bellboy did a great job by offering help with our luggages. Their concierge are really friendly & helpful in so many ways! Most of their staffs can speak fluently in english which are so helpful. The process of check in was very smooth despite of our long journey from Malaysia. They did welcome us with a refreshing welcome drink while waiting for our room. Moving in to their room, the room is really spacious, neat, clean & all the equipments provided are up to standard. The room is really peaceful and quiet. We really had a pleasent night during our stay. Apart, you can always call their operator if you are up to any enquiries. The hotel are well equipped with kids zone & swimming pool. The hotel also has a compound parking where you can safely park your vehicle. I have a good stay here. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Can converse using good english. The parking space is huge. Location wise is very strategic, as is it easy to get around. The hotel also provided free shuttle to go to anywhere within 5km radius. For sure will choose this hotel if im planning to go to hatyai again. The room is clean & spacious. Nice decoration. W3 Hotel Hatyai is located in the heart of Hat Yai city. There is a parking lot but no roof to protect from the sun. We like the room here very much. It is spacious, clean, the bed is comfortable, soft, and does not cause back pain. The room has amenities such as wifi/refrigerator/safe/hot water kettle/wardrobe. The staff here are very good and cheerful. The hotel is quiet even though all rooms are full of guests, but there is no noise at all. The room is very well designed. It is suitable for relaxation. If we go to Hat Yai again, we will definitely choose to stay here. In the common area, there is a saltwater swimming pool, separate children's and adult pools. As for breakfast, there is a fair amount. It is worth the price. Sleep well, full stomach, and ready to continue traveling. From the hotel to Kim Yong, you have to take a car or take a songthaew.
