Our B&B even organised a driver to pick us up from Shangrao train station- so they took a lot of worry out of the whole process. If you just want to do a day trip - you can taxi for 150 yuan or so - or if you haven’t already downloaded AliPay - they have DIDI(similar to Uber) integrated into the app. Didi is a lifesaver throughout China - not only is it local prices but you’ve predetermined the route to the driver so no worries with communication!
