Wat Pa Sawang Boon was built on an area of over 400 rai. It has a quiet and shady atmosphere, suitable for practicing Dhamma and relaxing the mind. The most prominent feature is the 500-spire Chedi, which is a large 9-storey main chedi with a diameter of 50 meters, surrounded by 500 smaller chedis that are beautifully arranged in descending order. Each chedi is coated with dazzling gold. When the sunlight hits it, it shines beautifully.
Inside the temple, there are many sacred things and interesting places, such as the pagoda containing 84,000 relics of the Lord Buddha, the largest stone Buddha statue in Thailand made from a single piece of stone, including a 30-ton stone Buddha statue, and the beautiful and peaceful Ubosot of the ashram in the form of a stupa of the nirvana. Walking around the temple is like absorbing both art and faith at the same time.
