After the semester ended, I went to Jeju Island right away #Jedong Ranch to take a picture of my life (right after I finished taking the pictures, it started to rain a little 🌧️ I'm a lucky girl~~~✌🏻) It was a hot summer so I went to a nearby waterfall ~ #Wonang Falls. I walked for 10 minutes? If you go down just a few stairs, you'll see an emerald waterfall 🌊🌊 After that, I went up to #Geumoreum and took a picture on the way down 📸 (Geumoreum in the summer can make you sweat a lot and feel tired? ^^) Lastly, when you go to Jeju Island, you have to take a picture at Dolhareubang, right~~~? !!! Jeju Island for 5 nights and 6 days ㅋㅋ Next time, let's go to Japan ✈️✈️✈️🍀🍀🍀🍀

Discovering the Enchanting Beauty of Wonang Falls, Jeju Island
#aprilblooms
Our recent journey to Jeju Island led us to the captivating Wonang Falls (원앙폭포) in the Seogwipo region, and it proved to be a truly delightful experience. Nestled within a lush valley, this location exudes a sense of tranquility and natural wonder that's hard to resist.
The local lore speaks of 선녀들 (fairies) gracing this 계곡 (valley) with their presence, and it's easy to see why. The water is remarkably clear and invitingly cool, creating a refreshing atmosphere. Well-maintained 산책로 (walking paths) meander through the area, making it accessible for visitors of all ages to explore the stunning scenery at their own pace.
What struck us most was the feeling of serenity as we strolled along the paths, surrounded by verdant foliage. The abundance of trees creates a perfect environment for 산림욕 (forest bathing), allowing you to breathe in the fresh, clean air and feel completely immersed in nature. It's a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle, offering a chance to reconnect with the peaceful rhythm of the island.
For those planning a trip to Seogwipo, we wholeheartedly recommend including a visit to Wonang Falls, perhaps in conjunction with a trip to the nearby 쇠소깍 (Soesokkak Estuary), as suggested by locals. It's a testament to the natural beauty that Jeju Island so abundantly offers – a place where you can truly unwind and appreciate the magic of the landscape. Don't miss this gem!

To go to Donnae-ko, which is usually visited by many people on a summer trip to Jeju, you need to search for Jeju Donnae-ko Amusement Park.
You can park on the side of the road or in the parking lot.
The path to Donnae-ko Valley and Wonang Falls are very different.
The path to Donnae-ko Valley is made of stone steps as shown in the photo above.
This is Donnae-ko Valley.
It is similar to a common valley photo, but there are thick trees on both sides, creating a shade.
In the middle, there was ice-cold water flowing from Mt. Halla.
The water was really cold. It was beyond imagination!
The water is shallow, so it is a good place for children to play, and since there are many rocks, I recommend wearing aqua shoes.
Donnae-ko is a valley created by water flowing from Mt. Halla, and there is a famous Jeju water play spot called Wonang Falls in Donnae-ko.
Many people come here to enjoy water play during their summer vacation in Jeju. It was nice because it wasn't salty like sea water, and it was easy to clean up after playing in the water.
The path along Jeju Wonang Falls had a wooden deck, so it was nice to walk on.
If you walk from here for about 10 minutes, you can see Wonang Falls.
By the way, diving is prohibited here.
Recently, many people have come to Jeju Island for a summer trip and dived in the sea.
The fact is that there are so many accidents and incidents!
Many people have been in big trouble after jumping into the sea without properly checking the water depth.
Please be careful!!
