1️⃣ Kucun Ancient Village
Known as the "Castle of Pebbles 🏰," this stone village is about 1,200 years old~
The roads are paved with pebbles,
the walls are also built with pebbles,
and the cypress branches inside the village hang down like a waterfall~
Nanpu Creek flows along the village,
surrounded by mountains,
and villagers still live there today~
The village is small, and there are some folk experience activities during holidays
👉🏻 Featured buildings: Shiying Gate, Qingyin Well, Shide Hall, etc.
2️⃣ Xu'aodi Community
A relatively well-preserved ancient village in southern Zhejiang,
with a history of about 800 years,
featuring bluestone slabs, old wooden houses, sanheyuan (three-sided courtyards), and siheyuan (four-sided courtyards).
While preserving the original buildings and layout,
it has been developed with a more rural artistic vibe,
including a commune shop, coffee shop ☕, teahouse, art space, homestays, and more,
perfect for strolling and taking photos 📸 for check-ins~
👉🏻 Featured buildings: Wenxing Bridge, Wenyuan Courtyard, Wu Clan Ancestral Hall, etc.
3️⃣ Langsi ☕
Like stepping into a comic world with rice field wooden boats 🛶
The dense rice 🌾 is currently golden,
swaying and rustling in the wind.
This autumn, you must run through the rice fields~
4️⃣ Covered Bridge Cultural Park
Taishun is known as the "Hometown of Covered Bridges in China,"
with nearly a thousand covered bridges, each unique.
The Covered Bridge Cultural Park has two representative "sister bridges" 🌉
spanning Dong Creek,
resembling a rainbow 🌈
They are Beijian Bridge and Xidong Bridge~
Black tiles and red bodies, flying eaves and dougong brackets,
time has left mottled marks on them,
and even now, we are amazed by the aesthetics and craftsmanship of our ancestors❗️
Here, you can also see the unique Dingbu Bridge 🌉
At sunset, the ancient camphor tree and millennium-old Chinese tallow tree 🌲 together with the bridge surface and water waves create very beautiful light and shadow effects~
