Unlike conventional hotels, this place perfectly embodies the concept of "returning to nature," offering relaxation without compromise and seamlessly blending rustic charm with refined aesthetics. 🛖 Location and Transportation Zhuo Ye Cottage is located in Sanyi, Miaoli, about a 10-15 minute drive from Sanyi's downtown area. Driving is the most convenient way to get there—simply set your GPS to "Zhuo Ye Cottage" and you'll arrive easily. The journey takes you through winding mountain roads, and the deeper you go, the more you feel like you're escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cottages are scattered across a lush green area, each with its own private space, ensuring guests enjoy a sense of seclusion as if surrounded by the forest. 🌐 Transparent Glass Dome Room Features I stayed in the "Starry Glass Dome Room," a large transparent sphere made of high-strength acrylic and supported by metal frames. Inside, you'll find a cozy double bed, air conditioning for both heating and cooling, a small coffee table, and a reading lamp. However, falling asleep to the sounds of nature is arguably the most beautiful part of this experience.

During the trip to Sanyi, Zhuoye Cottage has beautiful scenery and convenient dining. It is a good attraction for the whole family. In the morning, you can go to Yawen Sightseeing Factory, take a rest, go to Longteng Broken Bridge, then go to Shengxing Station, stroll around the old street, and then go to Zhuoye Cottage for dinner.

Because I didn't want to drive myself, I booked a chartered car for a day and a half. Although there were only three people and three pieces of luggage, I wanted to sit comfortably, so I chose a 7-seater car. The total cost was NT$11,500, and I was upgraded to a 9-seat Benz, awesome! Finally, go to Penglai Fish Protection Trail and then return to Nanzhuang Old Street for a stroll. Public transportation in Taichung and Miaoli is inconvenient, but chartering a car is a good experience, especially for those with elderly people. It may be considered again in the future. Miaoli's Nanzhuang and Sanyi both have many scenic spots. The tung blossom season in May adds a lot of beauty. It is worth spending two days and one night to slowly experience its beauty!
