Sukiyaki is a must-eat when you go to Nagoya. The restaurant uses Hida beef, which is tender and has a moderate amount of fat and lean. It is paired with sweet sukiyaki sauce. It is really unique. The beef melts in your mouth and you don’t need to bite it at all. It is even more slippery with egg juice. A bar district just a minute's walk from Sakae Station This time I was walking around by myself, but I couldn't find anyone else who was by themselves, so I felt a bit out of place, but by the time I went into "Rocky Kanai" and had a drink I'd forgotten all about it. This time I stayed in front of Nagoya Sakae Station for two nights. I chose a hotel with a convenient location and good reviews - Comfort Inn Nagoya Sakae, which costs about NT$800 per night for a single person. The overall experience is quite satisfactory. It only takes a few minutes to walk from the subway station. Nearby are PARCO, LOFT and Osu Shopping Street, which are very convenient for shopping, eating or taking a bus. Although the room is not big, it is clean and tidy, with good sound insulation, and it is very quiet to rest at night. The bed is moderately soft and hard, the air conditioning is stable, and the water pressure is strong enough, so there is no pressure to live. I can relax and replenish my energy for the day every day when I return to the hotel. I went shopping too late and the restaurants were almost closed, so the only option left was ramen. Unexpectedly, I found the Nagoya Sakae branch of "Menchuguritora" from Okayama. I ordered the signature salt-flavored chicken ramen, and I was amazed at the soup after one sip - it was sweet and fresh without being greasy, refreshing and layered, and not at all greasy! The noodles are made from whole-grain flour, with a bit of chewiness but not too soft, and the texture is just right. The barbecued pork is fragrant, tender and tasty. As soon as you take a bite, you will want to order one more piece. Finally, I added a little citrus vinegar to enhance the flavor, and the whole bowl instantly became more refreshing. I even drank up all the soup! Seeing the words "Shodoshima Shoyu Ramen", which is only available for a limited time, on the wall, my appetite was aroused. I must try it again next time.
