1. Our transfer team and tour guide will contact you one day before departure, so please keep an eye on your messages. After arriving in Xi'an, ensure the mobile number registered in your order remains reachable with stable network coverage. Our driver will contact you upon your arrival to advise the exact pick-up time and meeting point.

2. All scenic spots require real-name reservations. Kindly submit accurate personal information at the time of booking and carry original valid identity documents throughout your trip.

3. Visitors shall carry corresponding travel documents: Mainland Travel Permits for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, Mainland Travel Permits for Taiwan Residents, or passports for international guests.

Remarks: Pick-up service locations: Xi'an Xianyang International Airport, Xi'an North High-Speed Railway Station, Xi'an Railway Station.

1. If there are fewer than 4 travelers on the English tour, they may be arranged to join a shared tour with Chinese-speaking travelers, with an English-speaking guide providing commentary.

2. Foreign travelers, seniors aged 65 and above, and children over 1.2 m must book as adults. The English package for adults includes attraction admission tickets with no need for secondary reservation. Admission tickets and show tickets for infants are not included.

3. Please note that the guide may adjust the visiting order between Emperor Qinshihuang's Mausoleum Site Museum and Huaqing Palace based on crowd levels at the attractions. This information is for reference only.

4. During peak seasons such as summer vacation and major holidays, departure may be approximately 1–2 hours earlier, and the actual visiting order will be subject to on-site arrangements. The exact departure time will be confirmed by our staff one day in advance. Please note that during summer vacations and holidays, queuing times may be significantly longer, and our agency cannot guarantee specific admission hours.

5. In case of temporary cable car suspension or park closure due to strong winds or force majeure on the day, the round-trip transportation fee will be deducted, and other unused fees will be refunded. We appreciate your understanding.

Once we've finished all our sightseeing, everyone can board the loop service shuttle bus back to downtown. Our tour will end close to the Bell and Drum Towers.

1. If there are fewer than 4 travelers on the English tour, they may be combined with a group of Chinese-speaking travelers and accompanied by an English-speaking guide.

2. Travel to the scenic area by vehicle, with the guide briefing on hiking arrangements during the journey, but no on-site accompaniment is provided during mountain climbing.

3. Upon arrival at the scenic area, the guide will assist with ticket formalities, which take approximately 30 minutes. Discounted tickets will be purchased on-site by the guide with valid identification.

4. You are required to check out on the day of departure. If you have large luggage, you may store it at the scenic area service center upon arrival and collect it after your tour.

After 4:00 PM, tourist buses operate with rolling departures. You may board flexibly according to your downhill schedule. You will be transferred back to the city center and dismissed near the Bell Tower.

Please note that your tour guide will announce the daily last bus departure time. Guests who miss the last bus shall arrange their own return trip to the city.

One pick-up and one drop-off transfer service is arranged according to your flight or high speed train timetable. We will get in touch with you one day in advance. Our driver will collect you from your hotel 3 hours before your flight departs, or 2 hours prior to your high speed train departure, and drive you to the airport or railway station so as to avoid any travel schedule delays.
