Industry Beans Fitzroy

I checked in at Industry beans, a popular Melbourne online store, on the weekend. I heard that it is in the top 10 in Melbourne, with the best coffee and the best croissants in the world. Some limited editions were pre-sold out a month in advance. The open glass kitchen has a factory style. ​

The bread for the meal was a garlic Japanese baguette. It didn't look like the kind of bread I like, but I still tried a piece. It was not powdery, but soft and delicate, and baked warm and crispy. It was surprisingly good. The garlic butter was really fragrant.

I always order this beef burger. I tried half of it today, it's really delicious! The wagyu beef is juicy, the bread is soft, and it's topped with cheese and onions~ Handmade Australian wagyu beef patties, fried to order. The portion is generous, the burger is layered, and it's mixed with the store's secret sauce, and it's full of juicy and carb-filled happiness~

A coffee shop with a very literary atmosphere, close to the University of Melbourne. It is a converted warehouse and is a relatively alternative coffee shop. The simple meals they make are good, similar to breakfast, and taste good.
