It's the best to have a breakfast at noon. Aunties push carts and order whatever you want. You have to order one shrimp dumpling, siu mai, lava bun, and barbecued pork bun. The two big shrimps in the shrimp dumpling are really delicious. Although the lava bun doesn't have much lava, the texture of the egg yolk is satisfying. The durian pastry is also good. It's really satisfying to taste the long-lost durian flavor. The mango pancake is average. The mango is a little less and the skin is a little thick. If you come late for lunch, you have to wait for a table.

The chawanmushi made with scallops and stock, paired with maitake mushrooms and Iberian ham fried in butter, is twice as delicious. Tuna belly + 20-year-old European anchovy caviar, decorated with Argentinian pesto sauce and South American guacamole

A famous Cantonese teahouse in Sydney. The location is a little hard to find. We entered from the entrance next to the post office and groped our way to the top. It is recommended to go in the morning, which is in line with the Cantonese habit of drinking morning tea. The floor is spacious and clean, the snacks taste authentic, and the waiters can speak Cantonese, but they are a bit lazy and don't care. It is also very old Cantonese style. Shrimp dumplings, pancakes, crab roe siu mai, rice rolls, these classic Cantonese dishes are all worth trying.

I came here specially for a morning tea. It was very expensive, twice as expensive as in China. It is considered high-end here. Everything is handmade. The rice rolls, chicken feet and other dim sum tasted very good.

Tong Lok Hin is a Cantonese restaurant located in the heart of Sydney, not far from Chinatown. This restaurant is extremely popular and always packed with guests.
