Spice Temple Sydney

This is a great place to enjoy a business lunch and I'm sure it gets even better at dinner time. After tasting many of the fresh and delicious lunch menu items, we had to order the Kung Pao Shrimp. I was initially intimidated by the amount of chili on the plate, but the appearance of the food can be deceiving, the spiciness of the dish was not overwhelming and I found it quite cool and enjoyable. This is a must try delicious dish.

Spice temple, a restaurant under Rockpool that specializes in Sichuan, Hunan and Guizhou style fusion Chinese cuisine, basically has a hat every year. I came here to try it out of curiosity, and it can be regarded as a try, but I will definitely not go there again. Most of the dishes are Western Chinese dishes that have learned the superficial but not the essence at all, with appearance but no soul. The shrimp dumplings are perfectly shaped and just the right size for one bite. Just when I wanted to sigh that this chef is very good and has mastered even the most traditional size, I felt something was wrong as soon as I put it in my mouth. Either the potato starch is not enough or the water is too much. The dumpling skin is too moldy and soft without toughness, and the filling is not refreshing. The seasoning is OK, except for the appearance and filling seasoning, everything else failed. The fried eggplant seasoning is so sour that everything else becomes sour. You must rinse your mouth with water before eating other dishes, otherwise the sour taste will linger in your mouth for a long time... The fresh squid in the typhoon shelter passed the test. The fried noodles were fried with instant noodles, and you can tell it was luncheon meat in one bite. The bottom of the plate was full of oil. I don't know what to say... The flathead fish was boiled, but no matter what fish you use, you probably won't be able to learn the basics of this dish. The fish was thickly cut, but it was not marinated in the simplest way. It was neither flavorful nor dry and old. There was no taste in the middle of the fish, and there was almost no taste of pepper and dried red chili on the surface of the fish. As one of the signature dishes, it was the biggest disappointment tonight in my eyes... The spicy chicken, with the shocking surprise in the front, I feel very satisfied as long as the rest is not too bad...

This Chinese restaurant is located on Bligh Street in Sydney. It's not easy to find, but it seems to have many repeat customers. Like most Chinese restaurants, this restaurant is not very big, the lighting in the store is not very good, and the tables and chairs look a bit old. But the food here is really delicious and the price is not expensive. The restaurant owner is very enthusiastic and the service is also good.

The menu was dazzling, so several friends ordered a lot of things. From the main course to the dessert, they were all satisfactory and I would like to come again.

I like the taste here, I personally prefer spicy, it's delicious! Very satisfying and economical, and the fractions are removed, very awesome!
