Aria restaurant facing the night view has top service and top chefs. The chef kindly provided appetizers and desserts, which were super surprises. Every meal was introduced in detail. There was a red wine oyster dug from a certain bay, the best chuck tail in Australia, and super fresh mahi-mahi. Aria Restaurant 1 Macquarie St | East Circular Quay, Sydney, New South Wales 2000, Australia, with great views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House, and excellent food and service. We were a party of five, two of whom ordered the non-alcoholic set menu, one ordered the vegetarian set menu, and the other two ordered the regular set menu. The non-alcoholic drinks were colorful, although the flavors didn't quite match the dishes. All the dishes were well presented. There was a cohesive theme of textures in the first four courses: crispy and soft. Crispy salmon diced; lightly smoked crispy fish; fried fish with vegetables; crispy roast duck. A good balance of different taste preferences. The last course was beef, and it was well done. The service was friendly and professional.

This is a very high-end and elegant western restaurant on Sydney's Darling Harbor. The whole dining environment is very quiet, and soft light music rings in the ears. While enjoying the beautiful scenery of Darling Harbor, while tasting the exquisite and delicious food, the feeling is really very good, it is definitely a spiritual and taste enjoyment.
