The beef in the beef noodles is really generous, with several large chunks. The beef soup is also very rich, and the combination of bean sprouts and green vegetables is very nutritious.

From Delingha, Qinghai, we took National Highway 109 through Dachaidan, turned to National Highway 215 and headed north, passing through the treasure bowl of the motherland, the Qaidam Basin, and crossed the Dangjin Mountain to the small town of Aksai Kazakh Autonomous County in Subei. After all the running, everyone felt hungry, so they came to the Muslim Yixiang Beef Noodle Restaurant on Aksai Market North Road. How can you miss the local specialty in the western region - big plate chicken? It is really tempting because there is a lot of noodles in it. A full plate is enough for several people to eat.
