I'm staying at the Modern Huatian Hotel nearby, so I wanted to eat out. This restaurant had great reviews, so I booked a set meal for two to try it out 😄. The dishes were all very healthy, not pre-cooked, and not greasy. My friend from Fujian said the flavors were very authentic. The shrimp were huge, sweet and sour, and my child grabbed several as soon as they arrived at the table. The restaurant had a luxurious decor and warm service – highly recommended!

I've eaten quite a few roast ducks before, but the skin of this Da Dong roast duck, dipped in white sugar, is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend you try this method when you order it; the skin is perfectly crispy, melting in your mouth with just a touch, completely different from the hard, crumbly skin of other places. We also had the duck carcass prepared with salt and pepper, which was incredibly delicious – nothing was wasted!

Zu'an Tofu is absolutely amazing! The texture is so delicate, it melts in your mouth with just a touch of chopsticks. Don't you all love it? 😋 And it's only 68 yuan a serving, which is a real surprise for the IFC area. The handmade noodles are also delicious, but I couldn't finish them all by myself. Next time I'll have to bring a few more friends!
