Heshi BBQ has finally opened a spot in Longquan. The location of this restaurant is good, very close to the subway station. The decoration of the store is very good, with some nightclub style. Ou Ran meets Xiao Xianrou, and I personally feel that the shape is a bit like a lotus root box. The meat is tender and the lotus root is crispy. This taste is really unique and difficult to find elsewhere. 

Clear oil tripe, very fresh, can be eaten after a little blanching. Wrapped with dipping sauce, it tastes crispy and tender. After eating one plate, I want another plate!
