Long Chao Shou is a famous delicacy in Chongqing and Chengdu, Sichuan. Although the name of this restaurant is Chao Shou, they sell everything, and the most famous dish is Chao Shou. I recommend the one with meat filling and a lot of chili, which is very satisfying.

The taste is really good. The environment on the first floor is too bad and it is noisy. The seats are hard to come by. The second floor is ok. There is someone to serve you. It is a bit expensive. We ate on the second floor and could only order set meals. The price is per person. The portions are small and there are many varieties. It is better to go to the first floor during non-meal time.

Tonight, I went to Chunxi Road for dinner and, as a local, went to Long Shao Shou for dinner. The storefront is quite impressive, and the interior is also spacious, with 20 to 30 tables. I ordered two set meals, each priced at 49 yuan, or you can order one item a la carte. The wontons have a variety of flavors, and I think the mushroom soup and dried chili wontons are better. The red oil wontons and dandan noodles are just average. It's been a while since I've had Sanhe Ni, and it was delicious, bringing back memories of my childhood.
