The owner grills the food himself, and we chat while he grills. I've been here before; the lady there will tell you which dipping sauce goes with which type of meat, so you don't just dip it randomly. I suggest you sit at the bar; you can ask more questions then.

It's an old restaurant in Dujiangyan that's been open for over 20 years. Locals don't really go there often, but the soy sauce rice still tastes just like it used to.

The waiter kindly reminded us not to grill the chicken skin for too long. The chicken cartilage and rice cakes were indeed quite good.
