When you come to Bing'an, you must eat cold-water fish. The boss made a good spicy fish, and the fish meat was particularly tender and tasty. We also ordered a freshly killed live chicken, and made bamboo fungus chicken soup, fried a mushroom and a portion of fresh bamboo shoots. The nine of us were very satisfied with the meal.
