Salmon, tuna, cuttlefish, and sea bream were generously spread, the roe bursting in your mouth with a fresh, crisp texture, and paired with the dense sea urchin, the layers of flavor were simply too much~🥢 Scooping a spoonful into my mouth, the soft, glutinous rice, coated in the freshness of the seafood, danced on my tongue, a delightfully delicious experience! The sashimi, soy sauce, and wasabi rounded out the flavors, making it truly divine! 😋 The set meal, one per person, was a truly ceremonial affair, with appetizers, main courses, and warm dishes layered one after the other. Even the dessert was so exquisite it was hard to resist~ 💐 I even unlocked the seasonal "Chrysanthemum Fruit Lanzhou Nine-Year Lily"!
