There were a lot of people eating in the restaurant. After all, it was the end of the year, and many enterprises and institutions were having dinner parties. We called for a long time in the private room, but no one came to take care of us. The waiters were all busy. Finally, a trainee came, but he was not familiar with the business. He couldn't take orders for half a day. Then he asked for a change, and waited for another half a day before another person came. When we ordered, many dishes were out of stock. We finally ordered more than ten dishes, but several dishes were out of stock. It was very late to finish the meal [angry] Chunji's signature dish is of course roast goose. It has a unique taste, moderate saltiness and sweetness, and each piece of roast goose is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It takes 28 minutes for the hourglass to run out. No matter how many dishes you order, the dishes must be served before the hourglass runs out. This is very interesting and also reflects Chunji's service. If you don't drink, the average consumption per person is about 50. The only disadvantage is that the business is so popular that there are too many people and it's a bit noisy, and basically there are large tables, and there are not many small tables for four people!

During the few days of playing in Guilin, I think Chunji Roast Goose is a very good store. Friends who like food can try it. Roast goose must be ordered-58, scallion-flavored lychee taro, ginkgo pork tripe soup, goose feet... The quantity is large, so it is recommended not to order too much if there are few people. The dessert durian pastry is better in shape, the mango egg is innovative, and the mango salad is mango shaved ice. I thought there was no self-service fruit at noon, but the fruit came just after I paid the bill and left. Those behind me, please pay attention, the fruit will not be served until after 12 o'clock. You can park at the door, but you have to be early.

There are many varieties of dishes, they taste good, and the dishes are served quickly. My favorites are roast goose and lava buns. However, there are too many people, so you need to take a number and wait in line for a long time. Moreover, most of the tables are large, so you need to share them with others. It makes you feel uncomfortable to share a table with unfamiliar people. Everything else is good.
