花园小吃肠旺米线(翰林街店)

I have been wanting to go to Garden Snacks for a long time. I came here to pick weeds under the scorching sun at noon. Since I cannot eat spicy food, I cannot eat the signature Changwang rice noodles. I ordered the clear soup grass sprout rice noodles, which were extra crispy. The grass sprouts are a bit like the cattails in the south, crispy and delicious. The hygiene is worrying, and there are flies flying around.

I stayed at an inn in Jianshui Ancient City. I was given a breakfast voucher for this garden snack, which can be used until 1pm. The menu is quite simple, just Changwang rice noodles and three-fresh rice noodles. You have to pay extra for grass sprouts. It's quite good for lunch at noon, but I'm a little uncomfortable with eating Changwang for breakfast.

When I arrived in Jianshui, there was no breakfast in the inn, so I had to go out to find food. I planned to go to Zhu Family Garden today, but I came out too early and everyone was closed for a rest. As I was walking, I saw the Garden Snack Changwang Rice Noodles, which was on the right side of Zhu Family Garden. I saw the words "Top Ten Famous Restaurants in Jianshui's Catering and Food Industries" on it, so I sat down to taste it. A big bowl of it cost 12 yuan, and there was a lot of Yunnan rice noodles. The taste seemed okay. I guess the intestines were their specialty.

It's so chi, so chi, so chi. It's right at the entrance of Zhu Family Garden. It seems that it's only open until noon. I went there early in the morning and the house was full. Fortunately, there was a large open space outside the house with some small tables. The rice noodles and soup are separate, and the soup can be chosen between red oil soup and clear soup. Personally, I prefer the red oil soup. The large intestine is flavorful and chewy, and the blood clots are super tender. They will tremble a little when you pick them up. It tastes so good. Don't miss this restaurant when you come to Jianshui.

Changwang rice noodles are a local specialty that you can't really find anywhere else. They're really fragrant, and the broth is delicious. It was my first time eating them, but I thought they were delicious! The prices are also very reasonable, not expensive at all!
