I ordered the beef over rice. The beef was stewed until tender and flavorful, and the potatoes absorbed the broth, becoming soft, sticky, and fragrant. It was incredibly satisfying to eat with the rice. The portion was generous; I was definitely quite full afterward. The restaurant was very popular, and the owner was efficient and provided attentive service. The sweet tea was fragrant and warming, and it also helped cut through the richness of the food. It was even more authentic when paired with Tibetan noodles. Although the restaurant wasn't large, it was clean and comfortable, perfect for enjoying your meal while watching the snowy scenery outside the window.
