I&#39;m so excited! ️Wuyi Mountain local cuisine is incredible! I found a fantastic restaurant in Nanping this time. Even the local cat&#39;s claw mushrooms and lotus seeds are incredibly delicious! Foodies, gather yourselves!

This local restaurant hidden in Datan Yingxiang is amazing! ️
Must-order the cat&#39;s claw mushrooms with bacon! The crispness of the wild mushrooms meets the smoky aroma.
The lotus seed stewed chicken is absolutely stunning. The broth is clear and nourishing.
And the rock tea smoked goose. The tea aroma permeates the goose meat perfectly. Absolutely delicious!

The decor is minimalist Chinese style. The second-floor private room offers a mountain view.

The waitresses are all locals and enthusiastically recommend seasonal ingredients. The portions are ridiculously generous. Three of us ordered four dishes and nearly took half home!

Tips:
1. Cat&#39;s claw mushrooms are only in season from May to August, so try them early.
2. Order half a smoked goose; you&#39;ll never be able to finish a whole one.
3. Secret way to enjoy it: Soak the Wufu lotus seed rice in mushroom broth for double the freshness!

I&#39;ve been here 4 times, and every time the waiter&#39;s attitude is that kind of indifferent, no sense of service at all, I will never come again, it makes us have to come here when we have no money to spend! The taste is OK, but the waiter&#39;s attitude is really low
