Dicos (pingyao)

This Western-style fast food restaurant is located outside the east gate of Pingyao Ancient City. The dining area is beautifully decorated and the environment is clean. It sells a wide variety of delicious food, all of which are made and processed on site. They are fresh, delicious, reasonably priced, and the staff are warm and welcoming.

The service is also pretty average. I ordered their recommended set meal, but it took a long time for it to come out. I thought the popular set meals here would be faster. The price-performance ratio is just average, especially for new products. I really have to be cautious when trying them.

Arrived around 8:10, not many people were queuing yet, very quiet. The price and service were OK. The fried egg was a little too oily; the fried dough sticks were OK; the salad dressing on the crispy chicken burger was a little less; the preserved egg porridge had a lot of large preserved eggs, but relatively less chicken, and the porridge was a little thin and a little overcooked.

The place is small. Parking is easy. The taste is OK.
