I went to Qingxin Rafting with my friends. On the way back, I came across a time-honored soy sauce chicken restaurant. I decided to try it.

There is a parking lot next to the restaurant, which is very convenient. The walls on the first floor are covered with various awards that the restaurant has won. I felt it was very interesting before I even ate it, haha.

We went there at noon on a weekday, and the hall was already full. It seems to be very popular with the neighbors. In addition, the soy sauce chicken is dipped on the spot, so we waited for a long time. The chicken skin is crisp and the meat is smooth. It is flavorful but not too salty, just right.

Steamed ground gallbladder, to be honest, I ordered it based on the name. It feels very healthy. The duck meat is a bit tough. The clerk said it is green-headed duck and will not have a fishy smell. The soup is first-class.

There are also steamed pork ribs/steamed river mixed with money grass, which are also good.
