Flair Rooftop Restaurant & Bar

This is our first time at the Ritz-Carlton, Pudong, Shanghai. We dined at the top floor flair bar at night. It was a bit cold on a rainy day. But Amber's service was very good and professional. We are Korean so our Chinese is not very good, but she was very patient in explaining the dishes and drinks to us. Thank you very much.

We are still serving summer dishes now, and it is said that autumn dishes will be served later. I am looking forward to it. The seats are very comfortable. I prefer to sit under the central stage because it is very convenient to get food and it is more comfortable to sit up there.

As a meat lover, how can I miss the freshly cut M9 grade Australian Wagyu? The beef is so ceremonial that it really deserves its price. It melts in your mouth, is not greasy, and is very tender!

Flair rooftop restaurant and bar is on the 58th floor of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Lujiazui IFC, Pudong, Shanghai. It opens at 5:30 pm. You have to go to the 52nd floor to queue up first. Then you can go upstairs and order a drink and take photos on the terrace. I recommend the Yue Fei cocktail and the pork sausage, they taste great.

The view is superb, the environment is superb, I went there with a few friends to have a few drinks in the evening, and it was super comfortable to blow the breeze.
