.Laishao Restaurant in Shaoshan Chong is very good, with a very beautiful decoration environment and elegant style. The food there is very good, especially the famous Mao&#39;s braised pork, which is fragrant and not greasy and very delicious.

The service was very good and enthusiastic. The boss was the only one cooking. There were a few tables waiting in line, so we were served small beans while we waited.
&quot;Mao&#39;s Braised Pork&quot; was a little sweet, the fat was not too greasy, the skin was delicious, but the hair on some of the braised pork was not shaved clean, and the portion was very generous. Except that the Mao&#39;s fire-baked fish was not spicy, it tasted almost the same as what we eat at home.
