The chicken is so tender it&#39;s practically impossible to pick up with chopsticks. The fish fillets are cooked to order, blanched in just 10 seconds. Finish with three bowls of the golden porridge base to complete the meal!

A hidden gem is adding fried dough sticks. The crispy, soft texture is incredible when dipped in the porridge. The owner also makes her own dried radish and pickled beans. Paired with the hot porridge, you could easily top three bowls.
