Yue Bai Hai Hai Xian Hot Pot

This restaurant is very famous in Zhanjiang. We came here because of its reputation. Due to the recent special period, there were not as many people as rumored, and it was hard to get a seat. This gave us a rare opportunity to have a relatively quiet dining environment. I have to say that the steamed seafood here is amazing, very much in line with our taste, and our friends from the southwest praised it very much. We thought that people would not be used to the light taste of Cantonese cuisine. While dining here, you can also see all kinds of fresh seafood, just like going to an aquarium. Yue Bai Hai's seafood steamer is absolutely amazing! Every type of seafood retains its original flavor. I especially recommend the sandworms and flower crabs; the meat is so tender and delicious, it's incredibly satisfying!
