Svejk Restaurant

This restaurant is called Schweik Restaurant, named after a very popular Czech novel "The Good Soldier Schweik". It is also a chain restaurant nationwide in the Czech Republic. There are many branches in Prague, but only this one in Cesky Krumlov. The building where the restaurant is located is an old historical building, but it is now renovated and looks very beautiful. Looking at the old photos, it still looks very old. To be honest, the taste of the dishes is average, but it is just more famous.

It is a good restaurant. The theme restaurant of Good Soldier Schweik has a pleasant environment and convenient location. The dishes are good, the ribs are very tender, the rabbit is also good, and the price is affordable. The ribs are only 169 crowns, which is 50 yuan. Compared with the classic 561 bowls of noodles in China, it is much more conscientious. I feel that the Czech dishes are familiar with those in China. The ribs are cooked, juicy and tender. I went there because of its reputation. The handsome soldier is the protagonist of a fairy tale. I always feel like I can find the shadow of the fairy tale haha! Czech dishes are very generous in portion and the taste is more suitable for Chinese people. Roast pork elbow is really a must-order dish!
