From the official website of Sightseeing bus, you can find that there are several different routes, but not every route runs every day. On Sunday, I found the departure station opposite the church square. It seems that only here can sell tickets. There are only two routes that day, both going south. It is the same bus with five or six stops. Turi station is where both routes stop. It is a circular route and will eventually return to the departure station. The total driving time is 1h45m.
The effect on the bus is like P2.

1⃣️ Museum route, 8USD/person.
After passing five museums, I only wrote down 4 of them, such as P3.
You will be given a blue wristband, which is valid for one day and can get on and off the bus multiple times.
So, if you come across a museum that you are interested in, you can go to see it, and then wait for the next bus to continue to the next station. I recommend the Inca History Museum, P4-7.
2⃣️ Turi route, 5USD/person.
Turi is a mountain in the southern suburbs of Cuenca, overlooking most of the city. There are some pubs and restaurants on the hillside. It is also nice to find a window seat and wait for the sky to get dark and watch the night lights turn on. P8
Without a wristband, you need to take the bus from the starting station to the terminal station Turi. If you get off in the middle, you can&#39;t get on the bus again.
Because the two lines use the same bus and both stop at Turi, it can be said that the 8USD museum route covers the 5USD Turi route.

📒TIP1📒The last bus from Turi back to the church is at 8 o&#39;clock. No matter what route you buy, you can get on the bus from this station. The bus station is just across the road from the get-off point, and there is a clear bus stop. If you miss this time, you have to take a taxi.
📒TIP2📒There are few people before 10 am and after 3 pm. You may need to queue up to wait for the bus during the middle period.

In addition to taking the sightseeing bus, the old town of Cuenca is also suitable for walking.
The city is not big, the blue-domed church and the square named Cuenca are very close. You can feel the city&#39;s style in half an hour by walking along the nearby streets. P9-14

For food and accommodation, I recommend two hotels.

Breakfast is sometimes buffet and sometimes ordered.

Guinea pigs, or Cuy (pronounced like Guil by locals), are found in more than one place in South America, but this one in Cuenca is particularly delicious. Even in Ecuador, only people in mountainous areas like Cuenca eat them.
You can choose to cut one in half or quarters, and a pot of mashed potatoes with a few boiled eggs will be served. The skin is crispy and the meat is tender. As long as you don&#39;t think about what species you are eating, it&#39;s still okay.

Cuenca is considered to have good public security in Ecuador. The city is clean and calm, unlike Guayaquil, which feels messy, but you still have to pay attention to safety.
All the shops along the street have rolling shutters, and some grocery stores have iron railings at the door, which do not allow people to enter. You need to pass the items through the gap in the railings (P18), which shows that there are still risks.
