What a wonderful discovery. Menu is creative, food was wonderful and service was perfect. Definitely on our list for a return visit.

The service and the food could not have been better. We loved that all foods were in season and local. And we really enjoyed how the waitstaff chose a bottle of wind for us. Fun and delicious!

The ambience of the restaurant, the view of ND, the wine, and the fresh/innovative food made for a memorable meal and lovely romantic dinner! This restaurant is a hidden gem! You will not be disappointed!

Absolutely as wonderful as all the other reviews suggest. Each bite was creative and delicious. The quality of the ingredients was outstanding. The service was exceptional&mdash;so much passion for the food and wine and eagerness to ensure a memorable experience. Would recommend to anyone and cannot wait to return.

Small restaurant tucked along a busy street with large windows showcasing Notre Dame. Great service. Seasonal, rotating menu utilizing fresh ingredients and interesting blend of flavors. The snails offered a unique experience as you had to eat the whole thing, shell included. Surprisingly very good. The veal was amazing. The carrot pur&eacute;e is s something we agreed we have to learn to make it home. Wine selections were made following a set of questions from our server who then tries to understand our very specific likes and dislikes. Very nice touch. All in all, would return here again .

The moment you step in you are surrounded by an exquisite atmosphere. The service is impeccable, we were able to peek into the heart of the kitchen and the chef thanked us for coming. Each dish was extraordinary yet all worked in harmony.

Impressive restaurant that is exceptionally good and elegant, it&#39;s a nice place to have an elaborated meal.

The Silver Tour Restaurant was founded in 1582. It is a favorite of many European emperors and modern presidents and celebrities. The seats near the window with a view of Notre Dame de Paris need to be booked three weeks in advance. The signature dish is the young duck from the Loire Valley. It is one of the oldest restaurants in Michelin. Each blood duck has a unique number that belongs to itself and the person who eats it. The most amazing thing is that the restaurant&#39;s wine cellar has as many as 400,000 bottles of wine. I was shocked when the sommelier took out the wine list. It felt like a super huge dictionary. The service was simply amazing. A part fell off the new bag of my female companion. We were halfway through the meal. The waiter actually found it based on the appearance of the part and helped to install it. Such meticulous observation is simply amazing.

This was our first meal in Paris after touching done and has set a very high standard for us. The server was so nice, welcoming and accommodating. The food was delicious, we ate outside and it was the perfect night. The steak was delicious, especially the sauce, as well as the assorted platter. Couldn&#39;t recommend this enough, thanks team for a wonderful night and introduction to Parisian dining.

When traveling to France, everyone is eager to try French cuisine, but in the end they are defeated by their own Chinese taste buds and stomachs. This time, we chose to go to Michelin-recommended au bourguignon du marais to entertain friends from Beijing. The first course is 🐌 and the main course is 🍷 barbecue 🐂, paired with fine wine, which not only satisfies the French sentiment of the Chinese, but also preserves the face of French cuisine. And Marais perfectly interprets the French Bobo petty bourgeoisie!
