The most shocking event in the French restaurant industry in 2016 was that the same chef&#39;s two new restaurants won two Michelin stars and one Michelin star just over a year after opening. His &quot;great achievements&quot; are by no means luck. He was born into a culinary family. In 1988, when he was 7 years old, his father&#39;s L&#39;Ambroisie restaurant, located opposite Hugo&#39;s former residence, won three Michelin stars. It has the longest record of holding three stars in Paris so far, and it is also the only restaurant among the ten three-star restaurants that adheres to traditional French cuisine.
He began to learn from different famous chefs in many restaurants at the age of 15, and returned to his father at the age of 22 to continue the family&#39;s three-star myth. The contemporary restaurant has a spacious space, and the view outside the window is &quot;incompatible&quot; with the &quot;old-fashioned&quot; traditional 16th district. Most of them are elderly local diners. The choice of wine is also rich enough, with thousands of varieties. For Chinese people who come to Paris to travel and want to eat traditional French food in a modern way, this restaurant will not disappoint you. The view was beautiful, the food was delicious, the service was impeccable- what&#39;s not to like. We ordered the 5-course chef&#39;s choice meal and it was even a fantastic value for what we were able to sample.
