Excellent meal! The dishes were innovative with some flavour combinations we had never experienced before, standouts included oysters with octopus sauce, duck liver with caviar consommé, king crab legs with citrus saffron cream

The seafood trio of cuttlefish, clams and mussels was outstanding. The mussel fritters were my favorite. The crab dish on zucchini was super complex yet delicious.

The food was beautifully plated for a stunning visual presentation. The creative and perfectly balanced flavours made the entire dining experience a delight.

It is a world-renowned restaurant. The taste is great. It focuses on green food and is very healthy.

The ingredients are impeccably sourced and prepared, highlighting the freshness of each dish. The restaurant offers some excellent dishes, such as the warm lobster and shrimp tartare and the renowned chocolate tartare with capers and caviar. However, a few dishes fell short of expectations. The madeleines, while beautiful, were a bit dry, and the pork rind was, to be honest, quite tough and a bit chewy. These were minor flaws in an otherwise excellent meal. The service was warm, attentive, and always smiling. The wine pairings were also well-thought-out and offered good value.
