Enjoy views of the Danube River from the terrace

No. 20 of Must-Visit Restaurants in Budapest

This Halaszbastya restaurant is located on the north side observation deck of the Fisherman's Bastion. It has an unbeatable view and is a very good choice for both dining and drinking coffee. If you go to the Fisherman's Bastion late and there are many tourists, you can choose to order a cup of coffee here. The price is not very expensive, but the view is definitely worth it.

asily one of the best dining experiences I've had to date. A gorgeous setting in a beautiful old building with spectacular views over the Danube and Pest including the Parliament building.

Amazing!环境很好。记得提前订位，晚餐更漂亮！

Amazing! The environment is great. Remember to book in advance, dinner will be even more beautiful!

This lovely bar is located in the fisherman’s bastion and is the perfect spot for a chilled evening drink with a partner or friends. We celebrated our wedding evening here and it was one of the best locations we could have thought of. Get there just before sunset to see the lights turn on individually on all the famous monuments for a very special feeling. That moment of twilight is just incredible!#historicallandmarks #budapest
