Tang Cheng Northeastern (Dongbei) Cuisine

Due to the unique cultural and natural environment of the Northeast region, the cuisines in various parts of the Northeast are highly similar, but they can also be subdivided into Jilin cuisine, Liao cuisine, and Longjiang cuisine (except Jiaodong cuisine represented by Dalian cuisine).

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The large cold noodles were chewy and flavorful, and the dry pot braised pork intestines had a wonderful wok aroma. It's definitely one of the best Chinese restaurants I've visited abroad.

The ambiance here is charming and welcoming, making it a great spot for enjoying delicious Northeastern dishes. The proprietress is incredibly kind, which adds to the homey feel of the place.
