夜雨十里There is actually a place to eat offal in the town of Florence. This is the first time I have seen it after staying in Italy for several days. The business is pretty good. The words in their shop are all written in artistic fonts, which looks a bit tired, but it does not affect the taste of the tripe buns. It is really good...

The old man who cuts the beef offal is fierce. Has anyone ever said that people with bad tempers can't use knives as a butcher block? It's actually Italian meat sandwich, Beef or offal is sandwiched in a football-shaped hard bread. Added green pepper sauce and chili sauce. Spicy and refreshing. It's in the corner after turning right after entering the market. Pay first and then go to the right to get it. There are seats opposite the store.
There is a shop selling tripe buns with a green sign in the Central Market. It is on the first floor and has the longest queue. The taste is really good. Various spices and beef tripe are sandwiched between two hard buns. It is a bit like Xi'an Roujiamo. It is very filling and the price is not expensive. A very conspicuous green sign.
I don't know if it was because I went late for lunch and it was close to closing time, or because I had too high expectations for the delicious tripe buns I had heard about before, but I grabbed the last tripe bun and didn't think it was particularly delicious. It was far inferior to the roujiamo in Xi'an and the goubuli buns in Tianjin. Maybe it's the difference between Chinese and Western food and different habits!
When going to Florence, one is to eat T-bone steak, and the other is to eat the local specialty, nerbone buns. Nerbone is next to the central market, it is super famous, open late and close early every day, who can blame them for their good business? The tripe buns are similar to donkey meat hot pot, it contains cooked tripe and tastes okay.
Because Florence's Mercato Centrale has a fantastic wine shop, I really enjoy visiting it (okay, I've only been there two or three times). Without getting off topic, I'd like to recommend this place. I wonder if you've ever experienced standing on the sidewalk and obsessively eating at a street stall with no seating. I've done it, and this place was no exception. That day, I bought a tripe bun and stood in a corner of the market devouring it. It was truly flavorful, and the basil sauce that cut through the greasiness only enhanced the flavor. As I was engrossed in my food, two beautiful girls came up to me and asked what I was eating. I said tripe buns. Since I'm a plain-looking, self-aware chubby guy, I quickly realized they weren't coveting me. The girls then asked, "Why did you tell the waiter you wanted a tripe bun?" I replied, "Just say 'bun,' and then, clutching your stomach, say 'burger.'" As soon as I finished, they scurried off to get in line. I'm going to complain about my best friend again. He absolutely hates offal. To get him to eat one, I lied and told him it was a beef bun. He nearly beat me to death. In the end, I obediently waited in line with him and bought a real beef bun. He said it was delicious, too. Finally, I found the picture on my Nokia 1020. Bye.
